My husband's Boon family lived in Brighton, Sussex through most of the 1800's. His Grandmother was Lilly Elizabeth Boon, b. Oct. 1, 1871. Her parents were John Boon and Mary Ann Twine. My husband's father, Reginald Cannon, was born in Guildford, Surrey Oct. 17, 1905. I'm really searching for his father. We were told that the man's name was Hopkins, but I have yet to find him anywhere. There was a sibling to Reginald Cannon and we were told that his name was Charles Arthur Hopkins, b September, 1903. I have much information about the Boons going back to the 1600s.
