Hi Im looking for information regarding Frederick Powell, born about 1890 and was residing around Norwich in the 1920s. He was married and had children (names unknown). He seduced my great grandmother with the promise of marriage and she had Noel Martin (1922) and Hilda Martin (1923). Then he admitted he already had a family. Noel Martin went on to be adopted by a Mrs Wright and Hilda Martin went on to be admitted into Barnardo's. Frederick was imprisoned several times in the 1920s for failing to pay for the upkeep of his illegitimate children. If this sounds familiar to anybody, any information will be gladly received.
