Reunion date Sunday 24th August 2008 Dear Cousins and Friends. Following the last newsletter, and the very favourable response to our plans for the 2008 reunion, we have decided to take the plunge and begin finalising our plans, with only a slight modification to the original idea. Instead of the proposed river trip we will be staying with the bus, and taking a 2 hour guided tour of London, with a short picnic lunch in one of the London parks. So the itinerary will go something like this; Meet up at the hotel in Waltham Abbey. Leave at 10 o’clock for a guided tour of Walthamstow and on to Shoreditch to see the places we all originated from. Have a picnic lunch and continue with the guided tour of the London sites, returning to the Hotel at about 6oclock. So far I have received bookings for 11 rooms at the hotel for 23rd &24th August This making a total of 36people for the bus tour, the bus takes 72 passengers so we are only half full. The bus is already booked, so we need to know soon, how many of you will be joining us. Please let me know by e-mail, letter or phone. Thanks Alan
