I'm looking for information and John and Mary ,, Hepburn, of Bermondsey, had daughter Mary Ann and son William Alexander who was married to Mary Hannah. William Alexander born 1800 and Mary Ann born in 1806, christened at St. Mary's Rotherhithe,London. John Hepburn was a boat builder in Bermondsey and his wife Mary (nee Wade) had father who was a Mast Maker, Robert Wade of Rotherhithe, who died in 1807. Mary Ann Hepburn married shipwright John Scott, and had at least two children of that marriage, Sarah born 1832 and Walter John MacDougall Scott born 1835. Walter emigrated to Australia about 1850 and was married twice, firstly to Sarah Guigan, and then to my great grandmother Elizabeth Hutchison from Londonderry, Ireland. Lynette.
