I have John Henry CLARKE born 1866 / 1867 in the East Indies, who married Emily Jane Read DEVEY (also spelt as DAVEY / DEVY / DAVY). On therir marriage certificate, John gives his father's name as: James Holloway CLARKE - occupation Clerk All I have on James is that he died before his son was married. Does anyone out there have this mysterious James Holloway Clarke on their tree, or know anything about him?
