Hi. Hopefully someone will be able to help me. I am looking for information on my great-great grandmother. Her name was ELLEN WOODS. She was born in England in May of 1865. I believe she immigrated to the us before she married her husband, GEORGE MURDOCH MELROSE, in 1890 in the US. Family stories from my grandmother states that her family was the owners of some sort of velvet mill in the UK. If anyone has any information on her PLEASE let me know as I've tun into a dead end on her side of the family. My email address is [email protected].
