My WrRENCH family seems to have been in the HERTFORDSHIRE areas back to the 1800's . The areas i have found are ALDBURY , RICKMANSWORTH , WATFORD , CHORLEYWOOD . There is a connection to the DAVIS family of the same areas in the 1800's. My Grt x 3 Grandfather moved to ENMORE and SPAXTON area of SOMERSET about 1850's where he married and his family settled for a few years. Some of his children then moved over to PONTYPRIDD in SOUTH WALES where they settled and stayed My Grt x2 Grandfather GEORGE WRENCH left the area of DURSLEIGH in SOMERSET and moved to PONTYPRIDD to be near his children where he died quite a few years later. All my elder WRENCH family members are now deceased and i have nobody to ask any info from any more. David Boyce ,South Wales |
