Trying to build a tree for my wife. She was born Pamela Anne Sharp, born in Billesdon parish Leicestershire on 30.9.1936. Father was Ernest Henry Sharp, always know as Henry. He had five sisters, known as Hettie, Mary, Barbara, plus two others. they were all born in the period 1900-1920. Living in the Enderby area of Leicestershire. Henry's mother's maiden name was Headley/Headly. Pamela's mother's maiden name was Edith Baum, family from Stony Stanton, Leicestershire. Edith had many siblings. Gladys, Florence, Elsie, Emeline, plus more sisters, and at least two brothers, one killed during first world war in France the other was a shoemaker in Stony Stanton until after world war two. These would all have been born in the period 1900-1925. Edith Baum's mother's maiden name was March. There is a connection with the Wright family from Leicestershire, one of which an Ernest Wright went to the USA around 1911 as a skilled stonemason, returned and served in world war one in the veterinary. He was involved with South Leicestershire Cricket for something like forty years his daughter Irene (Rene) took over that role upon his demise. His wife was an Atkins also from the Leicestershire area (Hinkley ?). They had connections with the Oddfellows Friendly Society. There is a connection with the Geary family, Leicestershire via Edith's sister Hettie. Has anyone already built up a tree that contains any connection to Sharp, Baum, Atkins, March, Headley or Geary all from the Leicestershire area ? Any information will be thankfully received etc. Ron G-T
