Dear Paul, I was born Betty Annette Savigar in Dec.1934 and I am one of four children born to George and Winifred Savigar of Walsall. I have a sister Joan Frances b. 1931, a brother John b. 1937 sadly died in 2001 and a brother Roger Howard b. 1947. Our grandfather was Thomas Savigar and grandmother Frances and again there were four children of the union..Jack, Bill, George (my father) and Elizabeth known as Cissie. I hope this gives you a start in finding out about your family. I feel there must be a link between us however tenuous. I wish you luck in your findings. Regards Betty |
