I have just been there - Joe Stapleton is Major of Kilkenny today interesting !!!!!??????

My gr father was Daniel John Stapleton, TULLAMAINE,Co, Kilkenny.b.1886,d,1968.(m.1914) Amelia Morrow b.1887.d.1966. 4 children.Josie,millie,Donnie,& William (my father). My grgrgrandfather was Daniel James Stapleton, TULLAMAINE, b.? d.1928.( m.? ) Johanna Cahill d.1932(Baunta common, Kilkenny). I have hit a brick wall trying to decipher who was Daniel James father as there are a few Daniel & James Stapletons in the Tullamaine area pre 1900. If there are any Stapleton relatives who might have information on who was Daniels father it would help me in my research. Thank you .Helen.
