My Mothers maden name was Strongitharm , the family came from Cheshire into Lancashire,mostly around Salford and Manchester. I hope you can still contact me to see if we have a link up.

Hello, Does anyone have any info about the Strongitharms of Staffordshire, Lancashire and Barrow in Furness? By marriage, I have linked into my tree an oil merchant called Joseph Bealey Strongitharm b 1845 Rushall, Staffs. His other siblings include Augustus Horace Strongitharm, who became an Hon Colonel and Mayor of Barrow in Furness and who was a director of several salt mines and also Horatio Henry and George.....
