Dear Peter,

In my family tree my 3 x Great grandfather Mark Crooks was married to a Sarah Arundale in 1842 and her father was James Arundale married to Sarah Warburton and they came from the Denton / Haughton area just to the west of Mottram.

Also my 4 x Great Grandfather Thomas Crooks married a Deborah Arundale in 1813. Deborah was born in Mottram in Longdendale and her father was John Arundale. If you have any further information that would be fantastic.
