Hi Natalie
This is a bit of a long shot.
I have Kilburns in my tree who lived in the Leeds Holbeck area of Leeds in the early 1800's
James, born c 1800 who married Ann Moore in 1823,
they had Sophia in 1824, my g2 grandmother, who became Sophia Brook in 1845.
James and Ann had 7 other children 3 of whom died in infancy, the last 5 being born in Russia when James worked in St Petersburg.
I haven't traced any history of the children other than Sophia so maybe we have a connection through one of them.
It's been a while since you posted your message so you may have already found more data by now.
Please contact me if you think there might be a lnk here
Regards
Alan
