Member Since: May 2003 Posts: 2 Send Message	It is my understanding that my father, William Douglas, belonged to one of the two Starkey families in the Southport area. The other Starkey family was the "tree" of RINGO STAR" of Beatles fame. Does anyone have any further knowledge of this? My grandfather, during the depressions became a shoemaker in Southport. My father was one of seven children. I am interested in knowing more about the family tree and my grandparents' parents...anyone know anything? Val
