The first Relative I am aware of from Ireland is Micheal Carthy born Callan Ireland in 1837. In 1871 he was serving as a soldier in Perth Scotland. I have only recently started looking into my family so would really appreciate any information that you had should this be a connection to you.

My name is Christina Spencer . Formerly Carthy. I was born in Dublin in 1935. My father's name was Francis Carthy. I had six sisters and four brothers . I have been researching my family tree for a number of years . I now live in Hampshire , England.
