	Victor Cecil (coal miner) born c1912 died 1979. ABERTILLERY GWENT SOUTH WALES UK. Was one of a large family. Unfortunately no records available. He was my grandfather. He married a woman called Edith May Norris my grandmother. She was also part of a large family and one of several sisters. Does anyone have any links to his past. Any info would be much appreciated.
