Trying to find Holland

HOLLAND and MASON FAMILIES - Stepney/ Limehouse I'm trying to trace information about my Grandfather. RONALD FREDERICK HOLLAND, born 1927 lived in Rainham, Essex. He married my Nan, Kathleen Gladwyn in 1951. When they married they lived on Jersey Road, Rainham. He worked as a Car Inspector and I believe a Plasterer. He died in 1962. I have recently discovered that his father was JAMES HOLLAND born c1905 who married GRACE MASON. They all (including both the Holland and Mason families) lived in the Stepney area and I think James worked on the docks and later on was a Crane Driver. I am trying to trace relatives from both sides of the family, the Hollands and Masons. Any help would be most appreciated if he sounds familiar. Thank you. |
