Trying to find Buxton

I am searching for more detail on the Buxton family who lived in Buxton, Derbyshire. I have the following detail: Samuel Buxton 1747-1826 (Doctor) need detail of wife and other children. Son, Thomas Buxton 1785-1843 (Surgeon), married Mary (who) and had 5 children: Ann, George, Abraham, Thomas and John. Also looking for confirmation of family story ... Female member of Buxton family married German (possibly Dayblitz) and had two sons Guy and Fritz. Both boys would have been born in Buxton from 1914. Apparently my Grandmother used to push them in their prams. Both boys changed their names ... Guy possibly to Warrick and was a musical composer and Fritz took the name of Buxton and was a Doctor in Liverpool. Can anyone please help clear up this mystery as I cannot find anything on these, plus we cannot find the link into the family. Thanks.
