looking for the family of Karoline Etter, born 15 jan. 1904 in London, father Karl Friederich Etter mother Augusta Margaretha Fries, after the father,s interment during world war 1914-18 he was repatiated back to germany taking his family with him. in 1928 the mother and father split up and the grand mother returned to England with her children in 1931, and Karoline Etter went to America to work, members of her family did come to England in the 1950s. made breif contact with our family but never stayed in touch. i have traced the family roots back to 1586 in germany, and even found a family coat of arms. |
