Member Since: April 2006 Posts: 53 Send Message	Trying (and not succeeding very well!) to find any info about my paternal grandmother Frances Mary Howe (married name Dyke) d.o.b. 10.11.1912 - died 22.07.62. Her mother was Winifred Howe c 1890 although this is very general. Frances`s birth cert suggests Winifred was a general servant (domestic) in Whitecroft, West Dean I am not sure if this is a place or name of a house given Winifred`s occupation. I have Frances`s birth certificate but it doesn`t give Winifred`s age. Furthermore the section for father`s name is blank. Any help will be more than welcome Michele
