Place of Birth - Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Heavitree, Exeter, Devon. Mother - Margaret Ann Shephard - at the time lived at 20 Rifford Road Exeter Devon. Any help in finding Claire would be greatly appreciated or any help in how to proceed from here this is all the information i have to hand at the moment. Thank you.
