Find Ancestors

PLEASE HELP !!!!!!! trying to find ANY information on THOMAS MATTHEWS c1893 -4 possibly from BUILTH. (that was on his marriage cert) he married CATHERINE ELLEN SOCKETT date unkown. his true place or dob are unknown to me. he apparently died young, i was told by my uncle he was in his 30s but date unkown. these are my great grand parents later his widow remarried a GRIFFITHS (no children) . have gone way back with the sockett side with a lot of help from a my cousin, but have hit one big almighty brick wall with the matthews side, and so early on in the line too. they were living in QUAKERS YARD, NELSON, TREHARRIS. MID GLAM when my grandfather James matthews was born. it is alleged that thomas came from italian origin, but appart from the families looks, we have no way of knowing. no one that i know of in the whole family know anything more about THOMAS MATTHEWS than i've written here. very sad. please if any one can help with leads or any way of tracking him or maybe a new branch, any thing, please please get in touch. many thanks maria xxx
