Charles was a policeman in Margate Borough Police. 1 Charles Payne b 1886 2. Ernest N G Payne b1886 .. was owner of 'open all hours' shop in Eccles Kent until his death. 3. Bertrum Payne b 1890 4 Harold Payne b 1892 My father was the youngest brother reginald victor Payne b1904 died 1951. Donald V Payne France
