I am trying to find out more about my Great Grandmother Alice Maud Wilson who was born 5th February 1874 to Harriet Ann Wilson. Her married then married a John Blow 1842 in 1876 and they had further children. I assume that Alice Maud then took on the name of Blow. I cannont find a birth certificate for Alice Maud Wilson who was born in Battersea, London according to the census in latter years. Alice also became Alice Maud Wells at some point in her life however her daughter who was born in 1904 was a blow and no one knows how she became a wells. She lived in the Battersea, Camberwell, Peckham and Lewisham areas. Can anybody help. |
