I guess I'm starting this a little late in my life not alone my grandmother's. I am seeking any information on Lily Joplin nee White, born in Portsmouth, married in Portsmouth who was alleged to have taken off with a theatrical man.She was a phographer with studios in Portsmouth. She left her children to the tender mercies of her husband in 1912 and for awhile sent presents to her children aged 5 and 7 from Surbiton. Before I meet her I'd like to get my facts right! Did she have other children? Where is she buried, and under what name? Thanks for any help, Tony Prior. |
