Member Since: October 2006 Posts: 0 Send Message	I am trying to find any infomation about my grand farther John Chapman b abt 1876. He was Living in Ripon North Yorkshire when he married my grand mother Mary Gott. It says on the maqrriage certificate that he was working as a commercial clerk in 1906. They had my mother Elizabeth I think she had brothers but her parents died when she was young and she was brought up by an aunt (Beatrice Walker) I think. If anyone has any more info I would be very greatful to find out more. John's farther was William chapman and he was a Hotel proprietor.
