Trying to find Ranaldi

Patricia Burton (ne Ranaldi) Trying to find any Ranaldi family of Arpino, Lazio (region), Frosinone (province) , Italy Pre 1884. My great-grandfather Raffaele born c1852 and my grandfather Antonio was born c1884 his brother Gregorio born c1883 They came to England around 1890 and lived in Middlesbrough. Antonio married Elisa Sill and lived most of their married life in Shildon County Durham he was a Confectionist and ice cream maker. I believe he had relatives that lived in the Crook area of County Durham and in Edinburgh. These people also came from Italy and called Ranaldi may have been uncles/cousins of my grandfather. I don't know the name or what happened to Raffaele's wife and why he came to England without her. It would be lovely if anyone has any information about this. kind regards Pat |
