Member Since: June 2007 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hi My late father was Geoffrey Norman Christopher Hardy born in Military Hospital South Tidworth R.D in Hampshire (Andover area) 22.6.1948 he was born to Charlotte Hardy (formerly Gehring, born in munster Germany) and Geoffrey Hardy born here in England not sure about any info on him, All I know is my Nan Charlotte and Grandad Geoffrey lived in the Barraks Candahar M.Q and he was a Sapper R.E. 14470539 we think he comes from the Andover area and before my dad passed away he tried to find him (he never knew him) he heard in the 1980's that he was still alive he was 20-21 when my dad was born, so hoping someone may no something, we found out that his fathers name was Norman Percival Hardy don't know anything about him. When i was little there was always talk about my family having connections with the Freeman/Hardy/Willis shoe company and that my Grandfather was the Hardy involved! Please if anyone may have the slightest bit of info I would be grateful. Thanks to my good friend Lois who posted some info for me before I registered (some of it a bit wrong but thanks Lois for caring)!
