Has anyone heard of the surname JAHME.I believe it to be german but not sure.If anyone has ever heard of it before please get back to me.

My ancestors with the surname Jahme came to England from the Dresden area in the 1860s.
Rudolphe Jahme appears in the 1871 census but is indexed wrongly under surname Jahone.
