Ann Calderwood born 1835 or 1845 in Cumbria. Married William Wilson, lived in Wigton. The family of Ann may have come from County Tyrone and may have been wearvers. My grandfather George Francis Wilson, and his siblings were Robert, Helena, Lucy, Mary Jane (Jenny), etc. My grandfather was a railway engineer, and lived in Workington. Married Catherine Morgan. They had four children: (James) Austin, Elizabeth, Imelda and Gertrude. After Grandfather's death family moved to Montreal. Lucy Wilson married Joseph Holmes and also lived in Montreal. |
