PATRICIA BAIRD: PRIOR TO MY FIRST MESSAGE PLACED ON THE 11.06.07 IN GENERAL TOPICS BOARD, ABOUT LOOKING FOR RELATIVES OF MY LATE FATHER BENJAMIN FRANKLIN BAIRD WHO MARRIED MY MOTHER DAPHNE HILDA BAIRD(NEE PAYNE) AT ST.CATHERINES CHURCH, IN MERSTHAM, SURREY ON 28th FEB. 1942 I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT SHE WAS THE YOUNGEST DAUGHTER OF FREDERICK & MAUDE PAYNE. MY FATHER & MOTHER HAD A DOUBLE WEDDING, THIS BEING WITH HER SISTER EDITH PAYNE, WHO ON THAT SAME DAY MARRIED HOWARD McMILLEN WHO ALSO CAME FROM CANADA. MY FATHER BENJAMIN FRANKLIN BAIRD & HOWARD McMILLEN WERE BOTH IN THE CANADIAN ARMY & WERE AS I BELIEVE STATIONED IN SURREY, ENGLAND. PLEASE IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN SHED ANY FURTHER INFORMATION TO THE WHEREABOUTS OF ANY LIVING RELATIVES. |
