Hi, Is anyone able to help? I am looking for any information regarding my ancestor MAY STANDRING (?), b. Sept 1830 in England. She emmigrated to the USA in 1849 and married in 1850 a SAMUEL (?) DERBYSHIRE, also born in England. She had 10 children of whom 4 were alive in 1900 according to the US census. I know only of a son, WILLIAM DERBYSHIRE and daughter MARY DERBYSHIRE, both born in Pennsylvania in 1858 and 1851 respectively. MARY married a WILLIAM HENSHAW, b.1850. I only have undocumented evidence that her maiden name was STANDRING and that her husband's given name was Samuel, all according to an old family tree. If you know any details at all then I would be grateful to hear as I can't find any other evidence yet. Thanks, Michael
