Charles Waters married Annie Augusta date unknown. He had a least one child named Florance Waters born: Jan 1853 in London, England. Florance married Fanny Lacy on 12 Apr 1879 in Palmerston, Wellington County, Ontario, Canada. Any information you can provide on Charles Waters or Annie Augusta would be greatly appreciated.
