Hi there I am trying to find any information I can about my grandfather...James Scanlon. Born on 08 May 1870 in Ballaghaderreen Ireland...He Died in 1971 at the grand old age of 101 where he lived in the North East, Middlesbrough to be exact and was Married to...Olive Blanche Goodchild...they Married on 20 Aug 1917 at st Cuthberts parish church, Middlesbrough. They had 9 Children 1 of which was my father. Bernard Joseph Scanlon. Born 2nd March 1932 and still living in Middlesbrough. I would also like any Information about my aunts and uncles and their descendants to add to the family tree I have started. The other children are: John W Scanlon: born 1918 (deceased but not sure of date) James V Scanlon: born 1920 (deceased but not sure of date) Michael A Scanlon: born 1922 (deceased but not sure of date) Peter Scanlon: born 31st May 1925 Patricia Scanlon: born 1927(deceased but not sure of date) Margaret Scanlon: born 1929 (deceased aprox 2006) Bedelia M Scanlon: born 1935 Terrence Scanlon: born 1941 (deceased aprox 2005) More information about all of the above can be seen in my family tree.
