Trying to find Leigh

I am trying to find any family related to Eva Leigh (maiden name Franks). Eva was born on 28 April 1919 in Durham. She had 2 sisters called Elsie and Ella. Eva was married to John Leigh and lived in Sale, Manchester. Eva had 3 children Maureen, who now lives in Australia, Charlie, who lives in Sale, Manchester and Paul, who lives in Yorkshire. It is believed that Eva had another son named Alan. Information about Alan is limited, from what i understand is he was given to Eva's sister, i think Elsie - not sure as to the reasons why, thats something i am still trying to find out. I believe Alan lives in Newton Aycliffe. John Leigh died on 23 August 1981 and Eva died on 11 September 2006 from Cancer. If anyone is related to my nanna or knows anything about her and her family, please contact me. |
