His name on the birth certificate is John Boynett, he was born 7th July 1962 or 1963 to Christine Boynett, who lived in london Road Leigh-on-sea Essex. I have managed to get a copy of his birth certificate an i think his adopted name is Alistair but this may of changed please contact me. He needs to understand why he was adopted adn how much he was loved.
