Member Since: June 2007 Posts: 4 Send Message	I have just started my family tree and know my mother's maiden name was Meakins. Her full name was Blanche Margaret Sylia Meakins. She was born on 22.6.1920. Her father, I don't know his christian name died when she was 3. Mum died in 1992 but knew little of her Dad or his family. She lost her Mum quite young as well so she had little history to pass on. I know her Dad was bought up in Yorshire and there are some family there and wondered if anyone can help me further to trace Mum's original family. Thank you, Lorraine
