Member Since: February 2007 Posts: 3 Send Message	Trying to find the maiden surname of the mother of Adair Douglas Murray (born in 1943) who was married to Elizabeth McEwan on 25/11/1962 in High Church. Cannot seem to get his birth certificate on the Scotlands People website but his marraige certificate gives his father as James Murray and his mothers first name as Helen bur the maiden surname is not legible. Adair also had 3 brothers James, Hugh & John who along with there Father were born in Wigtown, Stanrear according to the 1851 census.
