I believe he was born crica 1890 here in australia. He was married to vera harkensee and they had 6 children. No idea if there is any connection, but you never know if you don't ask!!! Goodluck John. Member Since: February 2007 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hi! Trying to locate Evelyn May Carroll, one of thirteen children, born 24th April 1900 in Victoria, Australia. Parents John Carroll & Mary Ann Stackpool or Stackapool. Birthplaces could be Australia or Ireland. Any help very much appreciated as I have struck a brick wall here. Some other siblings born prior to 1900 are:- Elizabeth, Catherine, Nancy (Nance), James, David (Dave) John, (Jack) Alexander & Madge(Margaret). All children born in the Port Fairy / Koroit area of Victoria, Australia. I understand John Carroll (father) was married twice.
