This is my last Hope, My grandad was born in 1901 in Liverpool we think ,however we cannot trace his BC, he found his baptismal certificate which states his father is a John Sutton and Mother Clara sutton formally Russell nee cairns. I don't believe his mother ever married this sutton chap and that my grandad was illigitimate. He was raised in Liverpool by his mum but was orphand when he was 9. he then attended St Edwards school until he was 15 then went to Sea. His mum was widowed and had previously been married to a Edward Russell having had half brothers he took the Name Russell on and Became Joey Russell. Wish me luck guys Maria Russell |
