please help Trying to find my grandfather JOHN C NICHOLAS born approx 1922-25 101st airborne sevice number 15059193, he was based in England in 1944 and lived in Terra Haute Indiana before he joined the army. I have found him on the 1930 census He had a sister called BETTY L NICHOLAS, it list his fathers name as ELSWORTH NICHOLAS born 1894 who was living with his in- laws and no mothers name , the in- laws were CHARLES W DAUGHERTY and LOUISA DAUGHERTY. I also have his army enlistment records, i would be interested in finding any details of marriages and births of children but any information would be great. Any help on finding details about him or his relatives would be greatly appriciated. |
