I am trying to find anything at all about Leslie Drew, b: 9 Dec 1910, location not known. On his marriage certificate his father is Arthur William Drew and a witness is Lavinia Sarah Drew?. The Drews lived in the Paddington, St Pancras, Kensington area of London. I can find no trace of Leslie in the Birth's records. He came from a large family, who's parents split up when Leslie was 12 (1922 ish) he was found wandering the streets and was taken in by Thomas Henry Wiles, of St Lukes Mews, Kensington. We think he had a sister called Dorothy. Leslie's grandparents lived in Camden Road for years Arthur and Ellen Drew. If anyone can give me something I would be very greatful. Roy |
