I am trying to find information about the Key family, who I believe came from either the Smethwick or Kings Norton area. My late Grandfather, Arthur Willie or William Key was born 19 August 1896 to Thomas and Mary Key (formerly Copson) She later remarried (no dates available) and became a Pritchard. He served in the Royal Marines from10 March 1914 to 17 April 1920 and as far as I know he moved to Cambridge when he left the Marines. He married in 1922, and died in 1963. There must be someone out there who is descended from this side of my family as I believe my Grandfather had quite a number of siblings. So if you do have any information please contact me. |
