Hi. I am trying to trace my Grandmother's relations. Her name was Elizabeth Amelia VAN DE VELDE. Her d o b being 26/12/1866. I do not know where she was born. She married Benjamin Edward PARR, whose d o b was 07/10/1862, they had eight children, six girls and two boys, Ellen Elizabeth, Edith Caroline, Amy Eliza, May Amelia, William, Henrietta, Ethel Maud and my Father, Henry Thomas, aka Tom. I have an envelope addressed to Ethel Parr, one of Dad's sister's. The address on the envelope is 43 Chesterfield Grove, Dulwich, London, S E 22. The post mark on the envelope is NURNBERG, dated 26/08/1939. I get the impression that the letter was from a relation. Elizabeth had a brother Albert, after the war he emigrated to America and was noted for being an orchestra conductor. .
