CHITTENDEN and HOGBEN I have found a Jesse Chittenden married a Harriet Hogben in N. Aylesford December Qtr. 1858 21 459 Jesse Chittenden probably died 1898 Mar.Qtr. Medway, Kent Harriet Chittenden probably died 1906 June Qtr. Medway, Kent Can anyone tell me anything about these two? I have them on the census 1871 and 1881. Jesse is a Carpenter. Living Chatham, Kent, England. Was Jesse the son of John Chittenden and Charlotte Kingsland? Jesse may have gone back to England...not liking it in New South Wales c.1849? |
