Hi. Does anybody know or have information on Mark Howie in the Woking, Surrey or Poole, Dorset areas who was born approx 1964 (but not necessarily in these areas). His parents are South African or from S.A.! Mark worked in Hastings during 1988/89 as Bar Manager in a pub - Town Crier. Had a partner at that time and produced a son, Ross in Nov.1989. Ross has lost contact with his father. Last known address and workplace was in the Folkestone/Dover area in 1990 onwards. Ross believes he also has a half sibling from Mark. Can anybody help us?
