I am trying to locate any relatives that is in my family tree. I live in Australia and my email address is [email protected]. I would be grateful for any help at all. I will detail everything I have My father's name was Joseph Henry Davies Born Cardiff Wales 16/06/1913. His parents names were Frederick C. Davies also known as 'Tenby' Davies who at one time was the world champion in athletics and mother's maiden name was Agnes E. Ferguson. One cousin he knows of was at one time Athletic second row forward and an all round sportsman( F.C.Ferguson). the newspaper clipping I have states ' the present mascot is little June Williams of Ely' whose 'autographed' blue and black jumper is well known on Rugby grounds in England and Wales. Unfortunately I have no dates on this clipping. Hoping someone can help. Thankyou Richard |
