Member Since: October 2007 Posts: 10 Send Message	I have only just started research the Hicks family for my father David Hicks and found an Emma E Hicks born c 1868 who if my research is correct was a sister of my great grandad Joseph Hicks. I found them on the 1871 Census. Born in Eglwysilian, Pentyrch (which is near Cardiff). Doesnt appear on 1891 Census so can assume she married and maybe went to live elsewhere? Dont know if she is the same Emma. Would you know if she had siblings?

Member Since: April 2007 Posts: 46 Send Message	I am looking for information regarding my gggrandmother. Her name was Emma Jane Hicks. I don't know where or when she was born - around 1868?) She married James Edward Edmonds. Emma Hicks died in 1922 at Armidale NSW Australia. One of her sons names was Austin Herbert Edmonds , born 1899 at Orange NSW. She also had another son Wallace J. born 1900 at Orange. I am not sure of any other children. Any information would be gratefully receieved.
