Im trying to find reletives from my family,My granfather was called George Porter Tippins,was married to my nan lillian(Lil), ne: Wood,late 1943 in uxbridge, and they had a son (my dad),named after him.He adopted my Nans first child Patrica. He had a sister called Winifred who lived on the kinglake estate 2 floors above. They moved to Beckway street Where my dad was born in the borough. My grandad was a painter and decorator for years then became a night watchman,but died in september 1973 aged 70,he was born in nov 1903. He did have several medals from the war. They moved on from beckway street to Kinglake estate off the old kent road.Thats where he died. If anyone can help please contact me. |
