Member Since: August 2005 Posts: 12 Send Message	I am searching for any living relatives of a Grace Hamilton McMillan (also known as Stalker) who was born to Catherine McMillan in West Kilbride in 1893. Grace married a George Simpson in Glasgow. Grace is my grandfather's half sister. His name was Joseph Macmillan Stalker and he was born in 1899 in West Kilbride. Joseph died in 1949 in Leeds. His daughter, is my mum. We have little information about the Stalker line, as she was put into a childrens home when her father died. Grace's mother was unmarried when she was born. On the 1901 census, she is known as Grace Stalker. However, there is no recorded birth certificate under that name and I have found her being born illegitimate to Catherine McMillan. Catherine married Malcolm Stalker and they had Joseph, Daniel and Archibald. Archibald died as a baby not long after he was born. His mother died shortly after the census was taken. Daniel died WW1. So any living relatives of Grace are the only link I would have to my mum's family line.
